In this half-day tour (approximately 4 hours), we will accompany you to discover the volcanic hills of Eastern Verona, where for centuries the Garganega grapes have been transformed into one of the most famous Italian white wines, Soave DOC.

We will guide you to discover the medieval castle of Soave, which, from the top of the hill, dominates the walled village of Soave. The Della Scala family, lords of medieval Verona, had it built at the end of the 14th century, and in the following centuries the fortress changed owners several times, before being almost completely restored in the 19th century. Today the castle is a symbol of the region and a magnificent example of medieval military architecture, still capable of transporting everyone into a dream world of lords and knights.

We will then stop in a cellar, where you can visit the vineyards and have a complete tasting of Soave wines: from the well-known Soave DOC, an intriguing and rich white wine, to the ancient Recioto di Soave DOCG, produced since Roman times from selected and dried grapes, a golden and intense liqueur, fruit of this land.
