Description
Tasting Notes
Characterized by an intense aroma of apple and wildflowers, elderberry and chamomile, elegant and very fragrant. Fresh on the palate, with citrus, savory and mineral notes, dry and decisive; nice persistence that closes on a classic bitter almond note.
Food pairings
It is the wine for the whole meal par excellence. You can enjoy it with the classic aperitif: imagine a summer, a terrace, the setting sun and a fresh bottle ready to be shared. It goes very well with delicate risottos: with vegetables, cheeses (the classic Radicchio and Monteveronese), or with fish (risotto with salmon or seafood). Also a simple pasta with pesto or tomato, spaghetti with seafood. In winter, try it with soups of vegetables or legumes.
